Please note: Mailbox Design has invested a great deal of time, effort and craftsmanship into each range. They are professionally designed pieces which are intended to be produced as they are displayed on this site. We tailor artwork to suit each client’s specifications such as event details, colours etc. but we do not change the overall layout and design of a range. This practice is to maintain the integrity of our designs and to uphold copyright law. If you wish to have a customised piece produced please contact us to discuss. When you have selected all of your stationery items, proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to enter your delivery details and contact information. Check all of the details are correct and confirm your order. Payment is not required at this time. |
Once your order has been received we will email you a digital form to complete and return. This form includes all details required to create your stationery. Once your information is submitted we will create your artwork and prepare your PDF proofs. These proofs will be emailed to you for final approval. Once thoroughly checked, you will be required to reply with written consent (email) to proceed to print. Payment is also required at this time. Once payment is received your final artwork will be sent to press, packaged and delivered straight to you. For more information please see our terms and conditions.
