Can I have my guests names & addresses on the envelopes?

Yes. We can provide you with personalised printed labels in your chosen design for your envelopes for an additional charge.  Alternatively you may wish to enlist the services of our talented professional calligrapher. Our calligrapher is recommended for the very best quality result.

In some cases we are able to print guest names and addresses on to the envelopes directly (variation in stocks).

Do you print individual guest names on invitations?

Yes we do.  The Freya range is the only range we are unable to print guest names on (due to the printing process of this suite).

We can also offer you a second reworded version that does not require guest names (names will appear on the envelope). This is ideal for spare invitations should you need to later invite further guests.

Can I choose the wording?

Yes. You can have your stationery worded however you like. Once you have placed your order we will send you a form to fill out which will include your wording details. Mailbox is happy to take care of all wording required for your stationery. Should you wish to write your own and require assistance or examples please contact us.

How should I supply the wording and guests names?

Once you have placed your order we will email you a form to fill out which will include wording, wedding and guest details. All you have to do is fill out the form and email it back to us.

How much time should I allow for my invitations?

Please allow 3-4 weeks after final approval of proofs for us to create, print and post your invitations. Usually wedding invitations are sent out approx 6-8 weeks before the day, therefore 12-16 weeks prior to your wedding date is a good time to place your order. Please allow maximum time for custom designed orders.

Should I order spare invitations?

We recommended you add several extra invitations to your order to allow for last minute guests. Printing additional items can be very costly!

Can I get a sample of the stocks before ordering?

Yes, we can send you out a sample of each of the stocks used in our collection. Mailbox is happy to provide you this free of charge.

How do we view our stationery to approve it?

A proof will be sent to you via email once artwork has been created for you to check thoroughly and reply with consent to proceed to press.

How do I pay for my wedding invitations?

Once you have sent confirmation for your artwork to go to press we will send you details to make payment. Full payment is required before any artwork is printed. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

What paper is the stationery printed on?

Mailbox use the very finest quality specialty stocks. A sample of each of our stocks can be posted to you at no cost. If you would like your invitations printed on a specific paper, please contact us.

Can you deliver internationally?

We deliver to some international locations. Please contact us for details prior to ordering.

I like one of your designs but I would like to alter it slightly. Can I make changes to an existing design?

Yes we can make minor changes to existing designs in reference to colour and fonts at no extra cost. Although this is at the discretion of Mailbox and some changes may incur an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Are envelopes included in your prices?

Yes. Envelopes are included with all Invitations and Thank You cards. Each range has an envelope chosen to complement that design. RSVP cards have been design specifically to eliminate the need for envelopes.

Are your designs professionally printed?

Yes. Our designs are produced on the highest quality offset presses printed by qualified professional trade printers.

Do you have a store or showroom?

We do not have a store or showroom (our online collection/gallery is our showroom). Because of this, we are able to keep our costs down and offer you the best possible prices.
